リターンスクール～自分の変化～
本当に沢山沢山変化があるので、思いついた順番に。。。。
もし、私がこのスクールに通っていなかったら。。と思うと恐ろしい。。
今は家庭も、志事も、パートナーも、御金も、そして自分自身がとても、和やかで幸せ
私が変ることで、家族や周りも、和やかで、向上して、幸せになるんだなあと思うと、、、
御金には、変えられないほどのものをいただいた。
日常の自分の変化
昨日の入学式でも、自分の座る列の方々に、すんなり笑顔で、ご挨拶できた！
←いままでは、できなかった。もし、挨拶して、挨拶が返ってこなかったらどうしよう。。とマイナスをみていたから。。
万が一、挨拶が返ってこなくても今は、なにも、感じない。もしくは、御気の毒な方だなあ。と思う
←以前はイライラしたり、ションボリしたり。。。
朝市場にいって、レジの人に、気軽に笑顔で、挨拶できる、から、なおさら楽しい♡
←今までは、できなかった
昨日、長男に、お母さんって、みんなとすぐに仲良くできる人だったんだね！と言われた
←たぶん、今までそう見ていなかった、というか、私ができてなかった！
こんな日常でも、人とのコミュニュケーションが、自然に、スムースに、楽しくできちゃう！って、スゴイ！
今までの自分。。。どんだけ～(笑)
リターンスクールは、自分が変り、周りが変ります。
本当の自分に戻り、
自分を大好きになるスクールです。
自分が幸せになることで、周りも、自分がみたいように変化していきます。
毎日自分と向き合い、実践トレーニングを、仲間とファシリテーターと共に行っていきます。
